Commitment to Digital Accessibility
Our digital services and software solutions are designed in accordance with the applicable legal requirements on accessibility.
The key legal foundations are, in particular, the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) and the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).
Our goal is to ensure that all users – regardless of individual impairments – have equal, independent, and as barrier-free as possible access to our digital applications.
Accessibility Status of the Systems

The Driver App has been revised with special consideration of accessibility aspects.
It supports screen readers, provides a high-contrast user interface, and enables intuitive navigation.
The app complies with the requirements of BITV 2.0 and the BFSG.
Customer Registration Portal (CRP)
The Customer Registration Portal (CRP), which serves as an interface to the Fleet & Partner Portal and the Driver App, has been reviewed and largely meets the applicable digital accessibility requirements.
Fleet & Partner Portal (Partner Solution Management / Fleet & Home Charging)
