Apply via our job adverts and submit your application documents.2. Confirmation
Once your application has been received, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt. Our People Team will review and scrutinise your documents. If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you to an initial meeting.3. Getting to know each other
During our first exchange via MS Teams, we get to know each other. In a conversation with a colleague from the People Team, you will find out more about the advertised position and what it's like to be part of chargecloud.4. Getting to know the Subject Matter Expert
After a convincing initial exchange, we go into more detail about your professional expertise. You will get to know the hiring manager and discuss the requirements of the position - you are welcome to ask any specific questions here. For some job advertisements a work sample would be great, for which we would send you the details after this step.5. Get to know the team
Now you have the opportunity to get to know some members of the team. Here, we may use the work sample as a conversation starter so that a constructive exchange can take place. You will get a first impression of what working together could look like - because working together is important to us!6. Welcome on board
If we are convinced of each other, you will receive your digital contract offer. Once both parties have signed, you will be part of the chargecloud team.
