chargecloud GmbH receives ISO 27001 certification for IT security

After successfully establishing an information security management system (ISMS), chargecloud GmbH, a provider of cloud-based software solutions and services in the field of e-mobility, became certified according to the leading international standard for information security ISO 27001.

All security-relevant IT and business processes were reviewed as part of the certification, thus ensuring that information and data are kept confidential, are available and are protected against manipulation at all times. For the certification, chargecloud underwent an independent review and intensive audit by the certification organisation TÜV Austria Germany. This ensures that the development and operation of the SaaS application, as well as the important areas of project and service management, meet all the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard.

The standard defined by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the associated processes are applied to all business areas and business activities of the company and ensure that the high security standards are continuously improved and controlled.
